A white desk with a bouquet of orange and pink roses, black and silver headphones, a black wallet, a white wireless keyboard, a white notepad, a pencil, and a small spiral notebook. The text "Rosewood MEDIA" is in black and orange.

Rosewood Media is a South Florida-based writing and content creation company fueled by overpriced lattes, truly excellent Spotify playlists and a lifelong love of writing.

Founder Jaime Joshi Elder is a West Palm Beach resident and creative who read Charles Bukowski when she was 17 and decided that he was right - “There is nothing more magic and beautiful than lines forming across paper. It's all there is. It's all there ever was.”

As a contributing writer for Palm Beach County’s largest behavioral health publication, The Well of PBC and the editor of The Wellington Edit, Jaime is passionate about elevating the voices, stories and concerns of all who live, work and play here in the Palm Beaches.

Though born in the UK, Jaime has been a Palm Beach County resident for over 30 years and is a fierce advocate for the enrichment of the sun-splashed community she calls home.

In her work as publicist at Khanna Connections and Khanna House Studios, Jaime does more than manage reputations. She is passionate about building legacies for those making a positive and tangible impact in Palm Beach County.

In addition to securing local, nation and global media coverage for her clients and cementing their well-deserved reputations as subject matters in their given fields, Jaime also works across a broad spectrum of media - storyboarding and directing content shoots for social media, arranging speaking engagements and networking events, developing promotional materials, offering hands-on media training as well as developing and executing strategic media campaigns.

With over a decade of experience in non-profit communications and a graduate of Nonprofits First’s Rising Leaders program, Jaime’s work primarily focuses on behavioral health, diversity, equity and inclusion. She also writes about travel, music, food and parenthood as viewed through a pop culture lens.

Although no longer working in the non-profit world, Jaime is still active in Palm Beach County’s numerous non-profits. In addition to serving on the development committee for Community Partners of South Florida, Jaime also volunteers with Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches where her husband served as board chair and has worked with organizations such as Punk Rock Saves Lives South Florida and Palm Beach Invincibles to host non-perishable food drives.

Additionally, she is the creator and co-host of Ring The Damn Bell, a sports-comedy podcast about pro-wrestling and how it can be seen as a microcosm of American society covering topics such as mental and physical health, nostalgia, capitalism, racism, the American labor movement, misogyny, sexual harassment and crime.

She is currently working on another podcast about local dining in Palm Beach County, writing a contemporary rom-com novel, a crime thriller and raising a rambunctious five-year-old who might just change the world for the better.
